Responsibilities

• Prepare client reports on defined frequencies (daily to quarterly).
• Handle basic client queries and assist senior team members.
• Assist in transitioning work from local offices under supervision.
• Adhere to policies and produce accurate, high-quality reports.
• Maintain process documentation.
• Support GCCP project data testing and issue resolution.
• Assist in systems testing during heavy production periods.
• Analyze current processes and propose improvements for time/cost savings.
• Communicate business requirements clearly across teams.
• Inform Team Lead/Manager of any critical issues.

Job Description

Client Reporting is an essential part of our business, leading effective clients investment decision-making based on their financial objectives. This job requires maintaining the highest standards of Client and product Reporting for Invescos institutional/ retail clients and business partners by being responsible for the administration of Invesco's products and defined portfolios.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Responsible for preparing reports based on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/ or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Able to handle basic client queries and assist senior team members in complex queries.
• To be able to work under direct supervision and assist in transitioning work from local offices.
• Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with the highest standards and accuracy
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation.
• Work on data testing of various items for new and current GCCP projects. Also, assist project managers with issues about items tested.
• Assist local offices with systems testing (i.e., Desk Net regression testing) or heavy production periods.
• Analyze the current process flow, requirements, and areas of improvement, and propose ideas that result in time or cost savings.
• Articulate business requirements concisely and efficiently with multiple teams. Use the "why" techniques to identify the root cause.
• Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of

Formal Education

MBA Or any professional qualification with finance as the major

Work Experience / Knowledge

• 2-7 years of previous experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to investment operations
• knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle, and market participants
