Job summary

THE GUARDIANS REAL ESTATE ADVISORY is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to design and launch campaigns for real estate projects. You will oversee budgets, optimize ROI, and ensure cost efficiency across multiple zones while analyzing performance and lead quality.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, PR, Creative and Presales teams, conduct market research, and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in Real Estate Marketing, Client Servicing or Business Development.
• Strong experience in campaign planning and project launches.
• Hands-on experience in budget management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, customer behavior and competitive trends.
• Excellent stakeholder and developer relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities.
