Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, managing client accounts, and resolving any concerns.
