Job summary

Lead Miles is seeking a front-facing operations intern to coordinate client communication and internal delivery for growth campaigns, websites and creative projects. You will sit between clients and our delivery teams to ensure expectations, timelines and feedback are clear on both sides.

This in-office role in Delhi (Paschim Vihar) runs Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, with two Saturdays off per month. You will be on calls, in meetings, write updates and chase internal checkpoints while

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Schedule and run update meetings, weekly reviews and kick-off calls.
• Document client feedback and translate it into clear internal action items.
• Track delivery timelines with the ads, creative and web teams.
• Flag risks before they become delays and communicate changes to clients.
• Help prepare strategy notes, campaign briefs and status decks.

About the role

This is a front-facing operations internship. You will sit between clients and our delivery teams (ads, social, creative, web) to make sure expectations, timelines and feedback are clear on both sides. Most of your day will be on calls, in meetings, writing updates and chasing internal checkpoints.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, with two Saturdays off per month.
