Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Servicing Manager to lead and manage key client relationships across Digital Marketing and Mainline Creative mandates. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, drive strategic campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, branding, print, outdoor, events, and creative communication.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic marketing and creative solutions.
• Coordinate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Media, Content, Design, Production, and Events teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, reports, and performance insights to clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs), while negotiating commercials and contracts.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, project timelines, and profitability.
• Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality and client engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital innovations, and advertising best practices to provide value-added recommendations.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting new business pitches and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to company quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Client Servicing within an Advertising, Creative, or Digital Marketing Agency.
• Experience handling both Digital Marketing and Mainline Creative campaigns is mandatory.
• Real Estate and Events industry exposure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, content, creative production, print, outdoor, and event marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting is an added advantage.
