Job summary

Xceedance in Gurugram is seeking an Analyst – Insurance Operations to understand the UK business end to end, analyze data, and process policy lifecycle tasks. You will input data into systems, generate invoices, maintain work trackers, and ensure SLA adherence.

What you’ll be doing

• Understand the UK business end to end.
• Analyze and insert data into systems/databases.
• Process requests based on various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
• Issue policies or invoices on behalf of the client
• Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle.
• Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
• Analyze and input data into systems / databases.
• Timely maintenance of the various work trackers
