In this position you will review claim submissions, verify policy coverage, and ensure underwriting guidelines are followed to keep processes accurate. You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, document decisions for audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in underwriting workflows.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues, escalating cases where required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claim processing activities.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
