Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) Marketing Analytics Developer with hands‑on experience in analytics platform migrations, implementation, and data integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting migration initiatives from legacy analytics platforms to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring scalable data architecture, accurate reporting, and seamless business adoption. This role requires strong technical expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CJA, data engineering, and digital analytics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions to support marketing measurement and customer journey reporting.
• Execute end‑to‑end migration activities from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms to CJA.
• Build and configure datasets, schemas, identities, data views, and connections within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines, transformations, and integrations across multiple marketing and customer data sources.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Map and migrate legacy metrics, dimensions, segments, calculated metrics, and dashboards into CJA.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure migration accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, marketers, and product teams to support analytics implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, platform issues, and reporting challenges across analytics environments.

• Support user training, knowledge transfer, and post‑migration stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, or analytics development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience implementing and migrating analytics solutions from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM schemas, identities, datasets, and data governance concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and large‑scale customer data environments.
• Knowledge of digital analytics implementation concepts including events, dimensions, metrics, attribution, and segmentation.

Preferred Qualifications
