Job summary

BVR People Consulting seeks an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor for active project sites in Andhra Pradesh. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors and site engineers.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil and at least two years in construction, with focus on RCC, foundations, shuttering, reinforcement, and masonry.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in construction role.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor activities such as RCC, foundation, excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and masonry.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Manage manpower, materials, and construction equipment.
• Ensure project work is completed on time with proper quality.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Check site measurements, levels, and construction alignment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
