Job summary

Kirti Developers in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a site supervisor to direct masons, carpenters, and labourers, ensuring daily targets are met and safety standards are observed.

You will read and interpret structural drawings and MEP plans, guide the crew on RCC finishing, plastering, tiling, painting, and ensure tasks align with the project schedule. Prior experience in on-site supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising masons, carpenters and labourers on-site.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, floor plans, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise masons, carpenters, bar-benders and labourers.
• Ensure tasks are completed as per daily schedule and safety guidelines.
• Check alignment, leveling and finishing of RCC and finishing work (plastering, tiling, painting).
• Manage labour and safety on site.

Job description

Required Candidate profile

Ability to use basic survey instruments (auto-level) and a strong grasp of "Line, Level, and Plumb. Read and interpret structural drawings, floor plans, and MEP drawings to guide the team accurately.
