Job summary

Peninsula Land in Alibag, Maharashtra, is seeking a site supervisor for residential, infra, and plotted development projects. The role requires hands-on involvement with day-to-day construction activities and close oversight of project progress on site.

You will monitor adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets, ensure work meets specifications and safety standards, manage labor, materials, and equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.
• Monitoring project progress against plans, schedules, and budget.
• Ensuring all work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Educating and training workers on safe work practices and accident prevention.
• Managing material inventory and minimizing waste.
• Ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
