Job summary

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering with site supervision experience and knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong communication and coordination will be essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in construction site supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of civil drawings, construction methods, and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage site workers and contractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality, measurements, and material utilization.
• Maintain proper stock records and monitor the quantity of civil construction materials available at the site.
• Keep track of the availability, usage, and condition of tools, tackles, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project management team.
• Track daily progress and prepare site reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
