Job summary

iRoyals is seeking a proficient on-site supervisor to manage residential interior projects in Chennai. You will plan labor, supervise the workforce, and ensure timely, quality finishing as per quotations and plans.

Freshers welcome; salary is based on experience. The role requires frequent site presence, coordination with project managers and subcontractors, and adheres to market standards for compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential interior site work and finishing quality.
• Ability to plan labor and coordinate with sub contractors.
• Good understanding of material handling and procurement at site.
• Willingness to work on-site and report to Project Manager/Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site work execution according to plan.
• Plan Labour and will be working on-site with responsibility for overall and simultaneous execution of multiple residential interior projects.
• Report to Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
• Handle materials effectively at site.
• Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work.
• Execute work as per quotation.
• Prepare required material lists at site.
• Coordinate with sub contractors, supervisors and general workforce.
• Complete projects within budgets and quality standards and timely.

Role & responsibilities

Day- to day Site work execution according to plan. Plan labor and will be working on-site with responsibility for overall and simultaneous execution of multiple residential interior projects

• Should report to Project Manager and Project Coordinator
• To handle material effectively.
• Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work.
• To execute the work as per quotation.
• To prepare required material list at site.
• Coordinating with the sub contractors, supervisors, general work force.
• Completing the projects in a timely manner within pre-determined budgets and quality standards
• Check site work status and approve labour payments
• To be in frequent communication with the Project Coordinator
