Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 12 years of experience in construction/site execution.
• Experience in industrial or commercial projects; PEB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to seniors.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
• Maintain site records, DPRs, and documentation.
• Support in billing measurements and material reconciliation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities.
• Key responsibilities shall change as per the Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager roles.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr/Sr Civil Engineer with 2 to 12 years of experience to support on-site project execution. The candidate will assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with various teams for smooth project delivery.
