Job summary

Godha Infrastructions India is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and finishing works on projects in Hyderabad. You will ensure work is executed per drawings, BOQ, and specifications, monitor daily progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

You will read civil, architectural and MEP drawings, prepare progress reports, assist with RA bills, and maintain records while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read BOQ, measurements and billing.
• Read and interpret civil, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil and finishing works as per drawings, BOQ and specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors and other agencies.
• Check line, level, dimensions and quality of executed works.
• Read and interpret civil, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements and work updates.
• Take measurements for RA bills and assist the QS/Billing team.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Identify site issues, coordinate solutions and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure works are completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain site records, checklists, drawings and inspection reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
