Job summary

MAGICKEY REALTORS is seeking a Site Coordinator to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, and translate them into clear execution instructions for on-site teams in Chennai.

The role focuses on BOQ preparation, material estimation from drawings, site measurement, quality checks, and daily coordination between labour, contractors, and the office, with emphasis on reporting and documentation using email, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Reading structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare BOQ and estimate material quantities from drawings.
• Take site measurements and prepare bills accordingly.
• Perform quality checks and submit QC reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day with site labour and contractors.
• Proficient with email, Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings; translate them into clear execution instructions for contractors and labour on site.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimate material requirements from drawings.
• Take physical site measurements and prepare bills accordingly (measurement books / abstract).
• Conduct quality checks on ongoing work and submit regular site and QC reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day between site labour, contractors, and the office.
• Maintain documentation and communicate through email, MS Word, and Excel.
