Job summary

SG Infratech is seeking a Senior Civil Site Engineer for an on-site role in Gajraula. The candidate should read architectural and structural drawings, perform quantity surveying from AutoCAD drawings, and oversee all civil site engineering aspects of construction projects.

You will coordinate with architects and engineers, manage resources, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer or similar role.
• MS Office, GIS, AutoCAD and related software proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in execution of high-rise residential, villas and commercial buildings.
• Good and effective communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Site Engineer (Male) site located at Gajraula.

1. Should be able to read and understand Architectural and Structural drawings.
2. Perform detailed quantity survey from AutoCAD drawings.
3. Responsible for overseeing all civil site engineering aspects of construction projects including drainage and storm water management, roadway and pavement construction, foundation and substructure construction & site utilities (water, sewer, electricity).
4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop and refine project designs and plans.
5. Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
6. Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
7. Coordination with contractual labors to providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
8. Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
9. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
10. Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Should have experience in execution of High-Rise residential buildings, Villas and Commercial buildings.
