Location: Saligramam | Exp: 15–20 yrs | Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end industrial projects (planning → handover)
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources & stakeholders
• Ensure HSE compliance + quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors
• Resolve delays, risks & escalations proactively

Must-haves

• B.E./B.Tech Civil/Mechanical Engg
• 15+ yrs in heavy/industrial construction
• Proven track record delivering complex projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Strong negotiation & leadership skills
