Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall high-rise building construction projects.
• Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities as per project timelines.
• Handle Mivan shuttering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and structural work.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure adherence to construction safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.
