Job summary
Riteman Placement Services requires an Operations Head to oversee end-to-end execution of multiple industrial construction and infrastructure projects from Kharadi, Pune. You will drive strategic planning, resource optimization, cost control, quality assurance, safety, client relations, and overall operational performance.
Ideal candidate holds 12–20 years in industrial construction or infrastructure, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Master's in Construction Management, Project Management or MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple industrial construction/infrastructure projects.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with quality standards.
- Monitor progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, and Coordinators.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
- Conduct project reviews and provide MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Accounts, HR and Management.
- Build strong client relationships for satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
