Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair activities within the residential project.
• Inspect buildings, common areas, apartments, external areas, and other civil structures for defects and maintenance requirements.
• Handle civil works including waterproofing, plastering, tiling, painting, masonry, flooring, plumbing-related civil works, and structural repairs.
• Identify civil defects such as cracks, seepage, leakage, dampness, tile damage, plaster damage, and other maintenance issues.
• Attend and resolve residents'/occupants' complaints related to civil maintenance.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material consumption, and work progress.
• Coordinate with other departments such as MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Security, and Facility Management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the site.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update management on pending and completed works.
