Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction works with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. You will communicate with peers, subordinates, customers and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

• Supervise the civil construcion works effectively for quality and safety aspects
• Communicate well with peer and sub-ordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors
• Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects
• use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
• Able to lead the team by being a good team player
• Good at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost.
• Good at Decision making related to the work
• Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned
• Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project
• able to understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is imlemented in his work area
