Responsibilities

• Supervise external development activities such as site development, landscaping, pathways and related works.
• Ensure works meet project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor quality and progress of external site activities.
• Track daily construction progress and ensure tasks align with the project schedule.
• Assist planning of daily work allocation for contractors and labor teams.
• Escalate delays to Site Engineer to adhere to timelines.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper work allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors for smooth execution of works.
• Provide daily progress updates to Site and Project Engineers.
• Support implementation of project management instructions.
• Ensure quality standards across site activities.
• Report defects or issues to the site engineer/manager.
