Job summary

Qualifications

• Should have worked at residential projects (minimum 3 years).
• Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings, prepare method statements.
• Aware of formwork systems used in Construction Industry.
• Has handled finishing works - Brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, D&W, flooring, false ceiling, etc.
• Handling subcontractors, monitoring productivity and progress, subcontractor billing.
• Preparing joint protocols, inspection and certification from client and timely quantity certification for invoicing.
• Aware of safety procedures and implementing on site.
• Execution of works as per FQAP and method statements.
• Preparing 3 months, monthly, weekly & daily progress reports and ensuring progress.
• Coordination with all other departments for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil works on site as per project plans and schedule.
• Read drawings, quantify BOQs and prepare related method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure productivity and timely billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures on site.
• Prepare progress reports (3 months, monthly, weekly, daily) and track progress.
• Oversee finishing works including brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and flooring.
• Maintain quality records and site inspections with client certification.
