Job summary

The role requires coordinating with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors and labour teams, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while providing accurate project updates at client meetings.

• Monitor and manage labour, material, and equipment resources to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
• Resolve on-site technical issues, unexpected delays, and interface challenges.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to structural and finishing details.
• Participate in client/site meetings and provide accurate project updates.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
