Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, infrastructure, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
• Experience in contractor and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities across educational campuses.
• Monitor day-to-day maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, staff quarters, and other infrastructure.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of civil projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and completed work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Support new branch/campus setup and infrastructure development projects.
• Maintain project reports, site records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Electrical, MEP, Facility, and Administration teams for smooth project execution.
