Job summary

Essvee Services is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead commercial interior projects, civil construction, and project execution in Delhi. The role requires hands-on management of site activities, coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, and delivering projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of construction works, site management, and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute commercial interior and civil construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Check measurements, quantities, BOQs and contractor bills.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of snag/rectifications.
