Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, and finishing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and construction documentation.
• Experience in data centre construction preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities from planning through execution and completion.
• Oversee excavation, foundation, RCC, structural, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure activities align with drawings, specs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor schedules, material consumption, manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate civil works with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP services.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
• Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team and contribute to the planning, execution, and development of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Civil Engineer with experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely completion of civil works while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Experience in Data Centre construction is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, high-rise, or other large-scale construction projects will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities from planning through execution and completion.
• Oversee excavation, foundation, RCC, structural, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, material consumption, manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate civil works with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP services.
• Identify construction issues and risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Verify contractor measurements, work quantities, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and statutory requirements at the project site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, steel structures, foundations, finishing, and general construction practices.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
• Knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality control, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or other project scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.
• Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, NBC, and construction safety regulations.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, billing, and cost monitoring.
• Strong contractor, vendor, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects within tight timelines.
