Job summary

AAFT in Dadri, India seeks an experienced construction professional to manage and oversee projects from design to completion. You will conduct on-site investigations, analyze data, and prepare blueprints that meet technical specifications while ensuring safety and sustainability.

The role requires coordinating with staff and stakeholders, managing budgets, and delivering detailed project reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Well versed with Billings.
• Knowledge of CAD, Interior, Field Work.
• Can run site on his own behalf.
• Good command in English.
• Can handle labor and contractor.
• Can present all estimates in project reports whenever required to higher authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase of equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
