Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off sheets from drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare estimates, budgets and BOQs with technical specifications.
• Coordinate tender documents, tender comparisons and rate analysis.
• Conduct material research, cost comparisons and support vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams for project requirements.
• Review measurements, work-done bills and vendor bills; support bill certification.
• Coordinate procurement and finance for material procurement and project needs.
• Support project scheduling, monitoring and progress tracking.
• Participate in turnkey project execution including site visits and coordination.
• Provide inputs on practical implementation and constructability from architects/consultants.
• Prepare site visit reports and management reports on progress and completed work.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality requirements and timelines.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Engineer to support estimation, tendering, procurement coordination and project execution activities. The role will involve quantity take-offs, budgeting, rate analysis, vendor coordination, bill certification, project monitoring and execution of turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary and final quantity take-off (TOS) sheets from drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare estimates, budgets and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) with relevant technical specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate tender documents, tender comparisons and rate analysis.
• Conduct material research and cost comparisons and support vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams for project requirements.
• Coordinate with Structural, Steel, Green Building and other consultants for design and implementation requirements.
• Review and verify measurements, work-done bills and vendor bills, and support bill certification.
• Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams for material procurement and project requirements.
• Support project scheduling, monitoring and progress tracking.
• Participate in turnkey project execution, including site visits, site coordination and resolution of execution-related issues.
• Review project requirements with architects/consultants and provide inputs on practical implementation and constructability.
• Prepare site visit reports, project documentation and management reports on work completed and project progress.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and timelines.
