We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company or industrial environment. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in new machine shop building construction, hostel construction, machine shop repair and modification works, and planning and execution of new civil infrastructure projects.
The candidate should be capable of handling civil projects from initial planning and estimation through execution, quality control, and final handover.

QUALIFICATION

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing company or industrial construction environment is essential.

Required Experience & Skills

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
2. Hands-on experience in machine shop building construction and industrial civil works
3. Experience in Hollow Block Stone and Fly Ash Block stone production.
4. Knowledge of STP Plant handling and plumbing work.
5. Experience in industrial building maintenance, repair, and renovation
6. Knowledge of new project planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution.
7. Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
8. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project scheduling
9. Strong contractor management, coordination, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in manufacturing plants, engineering industries, or automobile/auto-component industries will be preferred.
Should be capable of independently handling multiple civil projects.
Should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external contractors.
