Uncle Delivery is seeking a City Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. You will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service while managing city P&L and workforce effectiveness.

The role requires strong analytics, data visualization, and leadership to optimize onboarding, driver lifecycle, retention, and brand loyalty through events and collaboration with marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in driver and sales operations in a team management role.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate onboarding funnels for driver and user onboarding and own lead conversion % across channels.
• Own user and driver life cycle management for the city.

Job Title: City Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru

In this role, you will oversee the operational activities across Bengaluru & Hyderabad, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You would be responsible for the P&L of the cities and managing the overall workforce.


Responsibilities:

1.Evaluate new onboarding funnels for driver and user onboarding and own lead conversion % across all channels.
2.Own user and driver life cycle management for the city.
Strategize and analyze data to improve driver and user retention.
3.Organize and participate in events to build loyalty, community, and promote brand awareness.
4.Manage field and in-house teams to ensure city targets are met.
5.Demonstrate effective multi-project handling skills.
6.Anticipate high-demand phases and plan driver availability accordingly.
7.Anticipate process issues and proactively escalate/suggest solutions.
8.Identify the training requirements for teams/drivers and organize/coordinate with marketing to arrange in-house/ digital training programs for teams/drivers.
9.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
