Job summary

ROYCE Chocolate in Delhi NCR is seeking an experienced multi-store retail operator to lead ROYCE’s operations across the city, owning sales, people, customer experience and performance.

The role requires coordinating stores, driving productivity across retail, online, bulk and corporate channels, while maintaining premium service, strong inventory controls and cross-functional expansion readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail or consumer operations experience, including meaningful experience managing multiple stores and Store Managers.
• Strong commercial judgement, people leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; experience in premium retail, luxury, gourmet food, beauty, fashion, jewellery or high-quality QSR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity across retail, online/delivery and bulk/corporate channels.
• Review key retail metrics and work with Store Managers to improve performance across the city.
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer experience, service, visual presentation and store operations.
• Conduct regular store reviews and ensure operational issues are identified and resolved quickly.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, building a culture of ownership and high performance.
• Oversee manpower deployment, performance and development across stores in partnership with HR.
• Maintain strong inventory availability, stock accuracy, replenishment and strict control over shelf life and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company operating standards, food-safety requirements and key asset/POS controls.
• Lead operational readiness for new store openings, coordinating with Projects, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other teams.
• Work closely with mall partners, vendors and internal functions to support smooth city operations and expansion.

About the Role

ROYCE is a premium Japanese chocolate brand known for exceptional product quality, gifting and customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced multi-store retail operator to lead ROYCE’ operations across Delhi NCR, with ownership of sales, people, customer experience and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & City Performance

• Drive sales and store productivity across retail, online/delivery and bulk/corporate channels.
