Job description

Due to growing workload, we are looking for experienced and talented City Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• Oversee daily EV rental operations including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and customer service activities
• Manage end-to-end operations to ensure high vehicle availability, optimal fleet utilization, and service quality
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, demand patterns, and growth opportunities in the two-wheeler EV rental market
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and long-term retention
• Create and implement B2C sales and marketing campaigns to promote EV rentals using digital channels and local partnerships
• Monitor and track key performance indicators related to rentals, customer satisfaction, fleet utilization, and revenue growth
• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to senior management
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety norms, and statutory requirements for electric vehicle rental operations
• Train, mentor, and manage on-ground and office staff to build a high-performance, execution-focused operations team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
