Job summary

Infosys seeks a seasoned network professional to design and deploy robust enterprise networking solutions in Bengaluru, spanning WLAN, SD-WAN, and data-center security. You will configure Cisco Nexus/Catalyst, implement F5 load balancers, and manage Illumio-based micro-segmentation.

Responsibilities include deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco ISE, WLCs, and Meraki ecosystems, with strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and security across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• CCNP/CCNA certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking products and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of network security including firewalls, IPS/IDS, and WAF.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust WLAN solutions to support mobility.
• Deploy and manage firewalls (Palo Alto, ASA/NGFW) to protect infrastructure.
• Utilize Illumio for micro-segmentation.
• Work with WAN/LAN/MPLS data communications and VPNs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco devices, F5 load balancers, and Meraki/AP environments.

Job Description In-depth knowledge of the OSI network model, Routing, switching, SDWAN, Wireless (APs WLCs)

Hands on experience on Azure, Cisco ISE, F5, Infoblox, Meraki is adding benefits to current role.

Network protocols and technologies, e.g. DNS, HTTP, SSL, 802.1x, DMVPN, TACACS+, RADIUS, Load Balancing, WAN optimization, SD-WAN, SSL VPN.

Knowledge of Cisco network products (Nexus and Catalyst switches, routers, WLC, ISE) configuration, Installation and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of F5 load balancer configuration (GTM), Installation and troubleshooting.

• Design and implement robust, scalable wireless solutions (WLAN) to support mobile connectivity and productivity in post-merger environments.
• Deploy and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls to protect the newly integrated infrastructure, ensuring advanced threat prevention
• Utilize Illumio Adaptive Security Platform to implement micro-segmentation strategies.
• Network WAN/LAN/WLAN/MAN/MPLS/VPN and data communications technologies.
• Expertise in Routing and switching protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,HSRP,VRRP,LDP,RSVP, STP, RSTP, MSTP,Multicast,Policy based routing
