Job summary

FiveForce Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an electronics hardware engineer to design and verify high-density, low-power PCB designs for embedded systems and industrial applications.

You will work with Altium, KiCad, and SPICE to optimize thermal performance and signal integrity while ensuring EMI/EMC compliance across global standards. On-site R&D facilities enable rapid prototyping and hands-on testing with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, and SPICE simulation for analog, digital and mixed-signal designs.
  • Proficiency in signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC best practices.
  • Strong understanding of PCB layout principles, grounding, and thermal management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and simulate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits using industry-standard EDA tools for consumer, industrial, and automotive-grade applications.
  • Translate functional specifications into schematic captures, ensuring adherence to PCB stack-up requirements, power distribution, and thermal constraints.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize board placement, routing, and grounding strategies for signal integrity and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Prepare design documentation including BOMs, test plans, and DFM/DFT guidelines to accelerate prototyping and volume production readiness.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and debug hardware failures through bench testing, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and simulation tools.
  • Support firmware and systems teams to validate interface logic, timing margins, and voltage rail stability across operational modes.
