Job summary

Indus Towers Ltd. is seeking a Zonal Project Manager to drive end-to-end telecom site rollout and project execution within the assigned zone in India.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, ensure timeline adherence, quality, safety, and successful project closure. The role requires BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering, experience in telecom infrastructure deployment, and willingness to travel extensively within the zone.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end telecom site rollout and project execution for the assigned zone.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, resources, and site-wise progress.
• Coordinate with Acquisition, Deployment, SCM, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendors and contractors for timely execution of project activities.
• Monitor Civil, Electrical, Tower and related telecom infrastructure activities.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate site-wise deployment requirements.
• Track project progress through MIS, dashboards and periodic project reviews.
• Identify site-level bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and project compliance requirements.
• Monitor project costs and drive productivity and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely site handover, documentation and project closure.
• Lead the zonal project team and drive achievement of rollout targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering. Relevant experience in Telecom Infrastructure / Tower / Network Rollout / Deployment Projects. Strong exposure to multi-site telecom project execution. Good knowledge of vendor management, project planning, rollout tracking and MIS. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
