You will oversee end-to-end post-production, from multi-cam assembly and color grading to sound design and motion graphics, collaborating with directors and marketing to ensure brand-aligned content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a production house, ad agency, D2C brand, or fast-paced digital media environment.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating flawless continuity, sound design rhythm, advanced color grading skills, and polished typography work.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted editing tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Platform Optimization: Tailor and export video formats across varied channelsincluding long-form platforms like YouTube and short-form mobile channels like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn—maximizing performance and audience engagement.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, review, and give constructive feedback on the work of junior and mid-level editors, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
• Workflow & Asset Management: Establish and enforce best practices for project file organization, rendering protocols, data backup, and centralized asset management.
