Job summary

INOX is seeking a cinema operations manager to oversee P&L responsibilities and coordinate cross-functional teams across the cinema to deliver on business goals. You will manage projection systems, ensure customer satisfaction for patrons, management, and statutory bodies, and drive cohesive action across departments.

The role requires effective external customer handling to ensure value service delivery and accountability to the Area/Regional Manager for meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• P&L Handling exposure
• Functional knowledge of all functional teams at a cinema and impact of their performance on the P&L of the Cinema
• Knowledge and functioning of Projection machine / software
• Meeting customer expectations (Patrons /Management/Statutory Bodies) while focussing at the business goals
• Build bridges amongst multifunctional team members for cohesive actions by the cinema team
• Responsible to the Area Manager/Regional Manager for delivery against targets
• Effective handling of External customers for ensuring value service delivery
