Job summary

BVR People Consulting in India is hiring experienced engineers for Production, Quality, and Maintenance in chiller manufacturing. Initial training/assignment will be in Gurgaon for 6-8 months, with Telugu mandatory participation.

After training, candidates will be relocated to Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, and must be comfortable working at both locations. Willingness to work in shifts and six days a week is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Chiller coil shop manufacturing experience.
• Production assembly, quality inspection, and maintenance exposure.
• Willingness to work in shifts and six days a week.
• Telugu communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support production, quality control, and maintenance activities for chillers.
• Adhere to shop-floor processes and safety standards.
• Participate in training in Gurgaon and relocation to Sri City as required.

Important Location Details:

• Initial training/assignment in Gurgaon for 68 months.
• After training, candidates will be relocated to Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.
