Job Summary

Biotastic builds premium recovery equipment – ice baths, saunas, red light therapy – for luxury hotels, sports teams and HNIs. We're moving from reselling chillers to building our own. This role owns every cold machine we ship: design, build, QC and service, end to end.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities

• Chiller design – compressor selection, condenser sizing, evaporator design, refrigerant lines
• Refrigerant chemistry – R410A / R32 / R290 selection per use case
• Thermal load calculations, CAD, P&ID diagrams
• Vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, production timelines
• Quality control – testing units, approve/reject calls
• Field service – diagnosing site failures, building service SOPs
• Ambient derating – units that hold from Delhi winter to Chennai summer
• Not a fit: residential split-AC technicians, theory-only profiles, or anyone who won't travel to vendor shops and customer sites
