One of our clients, a prominent player in the financial services sector, is looking to onboard a senior technology leader to shape and scale its digital and data capabilities. The mandate is centred around enhancing customer journeys, strengthening technology platforms, and enabling business growth through innovation-led technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver the overall technology vision in line with business priorities and growth plans
• Drive build and scale-up of digital interfaces for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Leverage data and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, customer engagement, and product outcomes
• Establish strong controls around data protection, system resilience, and regulatory adherence
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, including integrations and platform performance

Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of experience leading technology functions, preferably within asset management, wealth, or broader financial services
• Strong exposure to modern technology environments including cloud, integrations, and data platforms
• Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale tech-led business initiatives
• Familiarity with operating in regulated environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership capability with a business-first mindset and focus on outcomes
