Job summary

Alphasearch in Noida is seeking a strategic Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision and scale an AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform. This senior role shapes architecture, engineering delivery and AI innovation for a fast-growing startup.

You’ll own long-term tech strategy, drive cloud-native infrastructure, security and data privacy, and partner with Product, Data Science and Design to deliver AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Prior CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering or equivalent senior tech leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Practical experience with AI/ML, analytics-led products, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long-term technology strategy, architecture roadmap and engineering priorities.
• Lead the design, development, scalability, availability, reliability and security of the enterprise SaaS platform.
• Drive technology innovation across AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, analytics and intelligent automation.
• Make key architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, databases, microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Lead cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, platform modernisation, performance optimisation and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Establish strong engineering practices, coding standards, quality assurance and delivery governance.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Design teams to deliver AI-powered product capabilities.
• Build, mentor and scale teams across engineering, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA and AI.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, technology risk, compliance and vendor management.

The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered enterprise SaaS business, helping organisations turn customer feedback, engagement and analytics into actionable business intelligence.

They are seeking a strategic yet execution-focused Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision, platform architecture, engineering delivery and AI innovation agenda. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who has built and scaled secure, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long-term technology strategy, architecture roadmap and engineering priorities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Prior CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering or equivalent senior technology leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, DevOps and cloud-native engineering.
• Practical experience with AI/ML, analytics-led products, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP or intelligent automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and commercial skills.

Experience in CX, survey, analytics, enterprise software or digital engagement platforms would be advantageous.
