Job summary

EZSpace Ventures seeks a Tech Lead for an AI/ML product company in Noida, to guide and scale a cross-functional engineering team. Immediate joiners preferred, with 10+ years of engineering experience and strong cloud and AI/ML expertise.

You will own the engineering roadmap, mentor Backend/Frontend/MLOps/DevOps, and drive architecture for scalable AI-powered products while upholding quality, security and performance standards.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

Engineering/Technology Leader with hands-on expertise in AI/ML systems and experience leading and scaling engineering teams within a product-based company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product goals
• Lead, mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams across Backend, Frontend, MLOps, DevOps and QA
• Drive the architecture and development of scalable AI-powered products
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance and reliability
• Own engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and continuous improvement
• Drive technology strategy and build-vs-buy decisions
• Establish engineering KPIs and improve overall team effectiveness

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering/technical leadership
• Strong experience with AI/ML systems
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform - AWS / GCP / Azure
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of System Architecture, Distributed Systems & Data Infrastructure
• Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have
