Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in VLSI/EDA/Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of DDR/LPDDR, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, AMBA interfaces.
• Extensive IP/VIP development and full product development lifecycle experience.
• Expertise in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Experience in ASIC/FPGA implementation adds value.

Responsibilities

• Develop IP/SoC verification projects as training case studies.
• Mentor senior engineers to deliver advanced VLSI training courses.
• Deliver corporate training on protocols and IP/VIP development methodologies.
• Lead team-building efforts and hire/train new expert trainers.
• Collaborate with BD to shape curriculum for advanced VLSI courses.

Job description

The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will lead the organization's technical vision and capability development across Corporate Training, Project Development, Curriculum Innovation, and Technical Excellence. The CTO will be responsible for building next-generation VLSI & Embedded System Design learning solutions, mentoring senior engineers and technical team, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth through advanced semiconductor training programs.

The CTO will work closely with the CEO and Business Leadership to establish Maven Silicon as the preferred learning partner for semiconductor companies by continuously introducing industry-relevant technologies, projects, and certification programs.

Job - Description:

• 20 to 30+ years of experience in VLSI - EDA/Product/Services Company.
• Protocol knowledge: DDR/LPDDR 4/5, USB 3/Later, PCIe 4/5/6, Ethernet, AMBA and other SoC interface protocols
• IP/VIP development - Good knowledge and experience in the complete product development cycle
• IP/Sub-system/SoC verification - Good knowledge and experience in the complete flow
• Experience in using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM extensively.
• ASIC/FPGA implementation of any system/SoC is an added advantage.
• Should be a goodtechnicalmentor/project guide and team player
• Soundtechnicalknowledge and VLSI skills aremandatory

Job - Responsibilities:

• Project Development: Developing IP/SoC verification projects as case studies using Synopsys IPs/VIPs for the corporate training courses
• Mentorship: Train, coach, and guide the lead and principal engineers on the projects and make them competent to deliver the advanced VLSI corporate training courses
• Corporate Training: Training experienced engineers[Workforce] for the corporates using our corporate training courses on the protocols - USB/LPDDR/PCIe/Ethernet/AMBA/SoC Interfaces
• Corporate Training: Training experienced engineers[Workforce] for the corporates using our corporate training courses on IP/VIP development methodology/flow/process
• Team Building: Hire new resources and train them as expert trainers for the corporate training programs
• Corporate Training: Work with the business development team to define the curriculum and create new advanced VLSI corporate training courses.
