Job summary

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential and redefine ambition on a redevelopment project in Delhi. You will lead integrated site teams, drive technical development, and coach teams to deliver results.

This role emphasizes dimensional control, inspection and test planning, and collaboration with designers and trade contractors. You will embed sustainability and net-zero objectives into delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to site teams, guiding performance, technical development, and coaching to drive results.
• Manage dimensional control across contractor works, ensuring accuracy of surveys, installations, and follow‑on activities.
• Act as TWS or Deputy TWC in line with Mace procedures, reviewing design information and resolving queries with designers and trade contractors.
• Oversee trade contractor compliance with inspection and test plans, maintaining verification records and carrying out defined inspections.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing processes and ways of working to deliver technical excellence.
• Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

The project:

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide engineering leadership to site teams, guiding performance, technical development, and coaching to drive results.
