Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of real estate projects from acquisition, due diligence, approvals, planning, and execution to completion.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, cash flows, and key milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved cost, timelines, quality, and safety parameters.
• Evaluate project feasibility, financial models, investment returns, and development potential.
• Lead coordination for project acquisitions, due diligence, negotiations, and financial closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Project Management, Design, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Business Development.
• Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely project approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project risks, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report performance, risks, and key decisions to the top management.
• Lead and mentor project teams while driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
