Ethiqual Global Pvt.Ltd. in Pune invites an experienced Chief Operating Officer for Schools & Facility Management to lead end-to-end execution across three K-12 campuses and an integrated FM business.

You will drive strategy, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure campus safety, admissions, capital projects, and P&L performance, with a focus on doubling revenue from ₹100+ Cr to ₹200+ Cr in three years, while upholding quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategy execution: implement board-level strategies on the ground without delay.
• Roadblock resolution: unblock daily/weekly operational bottlenecks across business lines.
• Workflow tracking: monitor cross-functional workflows across academic, administrative, and site-service teams.
• Academic & safety benchmarks: uphold teaching standards, board results, student outcomes, and campus safety.
• Admissions & funnel management: drive enrollment growth, student retention, and parent referrals.
• Capital projects & expansion: deliver new campus developments on schedule and within budget.
• School P&L management: improve revenue per student, optimize fee collection, and control operating costs.
• SLA & service delivery: enforce standards and audit routines to secure renewals and expansions.
• Business development: win new mandates and transition the business toward high-value IFM contracts.
• Workforce & compliance: oversee a large distributed site workforce with robust deployment systems and full labour-law compliance.
• FM P&L & margins: enhance contract margins via manpower productivity and disciplined procurement.

Role Overview -

• Position: Chief Operating Officer - Schools & Facility Management (COO)
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Reporting To: Executive Director
• Cluster Portfolio: 3 K-12 school campuses (3,500+ students) and an integrated facility management (IFM) business
• Core Mandate: Drive end-to-end execution to double combined revenues from ₹100+ Crores to ₹200+ Crores within 3 years while maintaining absolute quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities -

Cross-Functional Execution & Governance

• Strategy Execution: Rigorously implement board-level strategies on the ground with zero dilution or delay.
• Roadblock Resolution: Intervene directly to unblock daily/weekly operational bottlenecks across both business lines.
• Workflow Tracking: Monitor cross-functional workflows across academic, administrative, and site-service teams.

K-12 School Operations -

• Academic & Safety Benchmarks: Uphold teaching standards, board results, student outcomes, and campus safety.
• Admissions & Funnel Management: Drive enrollment growth, student retention, and parent referral programs.
• Capital Projects & Expansion: Deliver new campus developments and capacity additions on schedule and within budget.

Facility Management (FM) Operations -
