Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Cluster Manager - IFM to lead end-to-end facility management across township and infrastructure facilities at Mundra, Gujarat. The role focuses on delivering high service standards, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and cost optimization.

You will manage both hard and soft services, drive SLA/KPI adherence, and lead vendor contracts while guiding a large team of engineers and supervisors. Mundra-based position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Facility Management and Township Management.
• Strong understanding of Hard and Soft Services operations.
• Proven leadership with large teams in service environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hard Services: Electrical, HVAC, STP, WTP, DG, Fire Systems, and Utilities.
• Oversee Soft Services: Housekeeping, Horticulture, Pest Control, Helpdesk, Hospitality.
• Drive SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead vendor and contract management activities.
• Drive budgeting, cost control, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure HSE, statutory, and labor law compliance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Facility Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.
• Monitor asset performance and service delivery via MIS and CAFM.
• Support new business development and lead generation in Mundra region.

Position: Cluster Manager - IFM
Location: Mundra, Gujarat

Role Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end Facility Management operations across assigned township and infrastructure facilities, ensuring high service standards, statutory compliance, asset reliability, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Hard Services including Electrical, HVAC, STP, WTP, DG, Fire Systems, and Utilities.
• Manage Soft Services including Housekeeping, Horticulture, Pest Control, Helpdesk, and Hospitality.
• Drive SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead vendor and contract management activities.
• Drive budgeting, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HSE, statutory, and labor law compliance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Facility Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.
• Monitor asset performance, preventive maintenance, and service delivery through MIS and CAFM systems.
• Support new business development and lead generation initiatives in the Mundra region.

Desired Profile

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering); MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Facility Management and Township Management.
• Strong understanding of Hard and Soft Services operations.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and service delivery environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and operational excellence skills.
• Experience in managing large industrial, township, infrastructure, SEZ, manufacturing, or corporate campus environments will be preferred.
