• Experience: 20+ years in construction with exposure to prefabricated building materials, manufacturing, and project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, organizational, decision-making; strong planning, budgeting, execution; knowledge of prefabrication, building materials, renewable energy infrastructure; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and execute business strategies aligning with organizational objectives in the prefabricated building materials and construction domain.
• Operational Excellence: oversee production operations at the Ghodbunder Road factory, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery; manage end-to-end project execution and site operations at Wahle Estate.
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management: foster strong relationships with Patel Infra and other project stakeholders; identify growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and cultivate accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements; identify and mitigate risks.
• Financial Management: monitor budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiencies across operations and projects for profitability.
• Innovation and Technology: stay abreast of trends in prefabrication, renewable energy, and construction technologies to integrate innovative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies aligning with organizational objectives in the prefabricated building materials and construction domain. Drive organizational goals to ensure smooth delivery of the Mahapreit EPC project.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee production operations at the Ghodbunder Road factory, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Manage end-to-end project execution, including site operations at Wahle Estate and coordination with stakeholders.
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, including Patel Infra and other stakeholders involved in the project. Identify growth opportunities within the prefabrication and renewable energy construction sectors.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to prefabricated building materials, manufacturing, and project management. Proven track record of managing large-scale EPC projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution. Knowledge of prefabrication techniques, building materials, and renewable energy infrastructure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
